Eastern Duo Battle Points missing on NBA Live mobile ipad 

Yesterday, when I spent the Duo Points to unlock the Eastern Bucks 99 OVER DUO Halves, the game got a bug and failed to run . I lost my Duo Battle Points which took me several days to accumulate. It took me some amount and hard work to get the DUO battle points. So, can I have compensation from you please ?

I had just earned an eastern duo token to play for Middleton when a network error forced the game to quit. In the past I’ve been able to resume where I had left off. Not this time unfortunately. So I not only lost Khris Middleton, but also the token used to play for him. This seems like cruel and unusual punishment. 

Can some one help me get that token back?

In this way I lost my Duopoint three times and i was Very disappointed.

I would like to thank the ea sport team for happening a moment when the rewards for my efforts have bubbled up.

Please restore my lost Duopoints again.

Dear EA Team,

i have same problem when I try to get Bucks Duo. This situation has occurred twice to me when I play the Eastern unlocking Duo halves games.I would like to have my duo points back. My Easter Duo Battle points has reached 865 but I only have Durant and Irving.  Can you team help me please?

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for the reply. I am quite an advanced player having played quite a while. So am I right in hearing that before the NBA Duo Campaign is over I will likely NOT get the West Battle token back to complete the event fully as I was on track to do? All the other answers are nice and fluffy, and I appreciate it, but the question I asked wasn't answered directly. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Anyone?  I actually spent real money to get this token so I could finish out the duos. I’d really appreciate it if someone could assist me in getting it back - or resetting my points to the level they were at before I lost the token.

Yeah, me too.. 

I was starting to play the East Campagne with antetokounmpo (it was loading the game), and it crashed... 

I have lost the East token, without having the opportunity to play. 

I also lost my western duo token :/ but happy to know that EA as notice that. Really hope this problems are fixed

I also had this problem. I spent real money to get my final token to complete all duos not named Russ and harden. I was in the middle of the game for Middleton when it crashed. I lost the player and the token needed to play for the player. 

I really hope EA makes this right. It’s not fair and it’s happening to multiple users.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? [Removed - CM]
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost all the important Super Duo Battle Points which is so hard to acquire since it is not like the stamina that will recharge every single minute.
What do you expect to see? Make a revamp on some tasks that dont need staminas. Like, whenever the game crashed and the player reconnects, special BP's like the one in Super Duo MUST be still available. Return my Super Duo Battle Points.
