Game crashes and not accessible since latest update (12/3/20)

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug After the latest update (12-03-2020) the game crashes while loading.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to load the game on Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.
What happens when the bug occurs? Throws you back to the homescreen of the device.
What do you expect to see? The homescreen of the game.

I've tried all basic troubleshooting. Fix it asap.

    @ANTITEXNH Same problem with iPhone. Since last update it won’t load. It worked for 15mins yesterday after I reported it and I brought the new featured items and now again it’s not loading to home page. Just the EA logo and then cut off.

    Hey, NBA Live Mobile fans.

    The team is working on a fix for this soon. I'm not aware of a specific time-frame on when it will go in and with reduced staff over the weekend, I can't guarantee it will be out today or tomorrow, but if I hear anything I'll let you know right away. Keep an eye on their official Twitter account too for updates. Thank you for your patience on this.

    @EA_Blueberry One of my leaguemates has this issue since the 12/3/2020 update. I don't see anyone else having mentioned it. The bug is:
    Your Facebook account is already linked to another NBA LIVE account
    but the thing is that he only has one NBA LIVE account to his Facebook account.
