Game keeps crashing

Having this problem too

Many Android users are having this problem because all are complaining but EA is just not doing anything

Please solve this issue quickly because the new promo has started too

Everyone has tried all the troubleshooting steps so stop telling them to do that and actually address this as a problem and solve it 

My device is a Realme 8 and when I open the game, i can't get past the EA logo so I can't give you my ID and there are no error messages

NBA live mobile app  just opens and shuts immediately still no resolution solved  s23 ultra pleas update the game EA

Same for me. Google Pixel 6. App opens and closes immediately. Have tried every Troubleshooting tip imaginable. Very frustrating. 

Can y'all fix the serves and update the game I can't launch it ..First the pvp get grey out stuck on finding a match or whatever no wait to quit it ,that been happening for a few weeks now the game crashes every time I try to open it 

Their is isn't any errors the game try to open and then it just crash also fix the serves like I have been able to play pvp in weeks and why Madden has a graphics slider but live can't update the graphics or something and bro we need a NBA live I've bought ever game since 99 I can't get down with 2k my career is hella weird and to spendy

When I ever I try to play nba live mobile it just kicks me out of the game I have tried clearing the catched data even reinstalling the game completely this has been happening for about 5 days I have attached a video of the problem hopefully it gets fixed 

Game crashes for the new event. The new event blitz works as well as every other event. The Chemical Reaction pg/sg/sf etc crash. I’ve done all the tips and tricks of restart, shutdown.

So what I did was download it another Android device to check if it was working and it was

So I shared the app from my other phone to my main phone using the play store.Theres an option to under manage apps and device to share apps. I used that.

Worked for me.
