@EA_Barry Scratch the compensation , this app is frying our batteries it's worse then before when the game didn't launch. This bug causes damage on these brand new devices and it's inexcusable.
Let the people in charge now about this issue and get them to release an app update ASAP.

Same impression I had about the heating of the phone. More my team is really worse than the others because of my absence for 2 weeks
- It is , it's unplayable unless you want to damage your battery.
@EA_Barry the game is crashing on my iPhone XS Max again.....and it’s still getting VERY hot when it was working. I could only play 5 minutes or so at a time.....what’s the deal???
Hello, I’m trying to figure out if you guys know NBALIVE doesn’t work on the iPhone XS Max. It didn’t work when the phone came out, then it worked for about 2 weeks but made my phone extremely hot. Now it hasn’t worked again for over a week. I had a conversation with @EA_Barry about this but never heard back. I would really like to play this game again!
