Keep crashing

It's upsetting to hear you're not able to get onto the courts and I know this is a delayed response, but we want to make sure you can still get into the game. Did you ever link up your account to Facebook and have you tried reinstalling the app since this started? If you synced up your game to Google/Facebook/Apple you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress. 

We have some steps below that can help out players whom are experiencing crashes. Keep me updated. 👍

Mine just started crashing today 08/08/2019.

It doesn't matter if it's an event or a match, it crashes. Lost 10 point in my league.

Update: Noticed about 500 NBA Cash missing. Found an onscreen glitch; dark spots and a line down the court. (see screenshots).

Matches and events continue to close out app upon loading about 85% of the time. Wasted plenty stamina tryna keep up, smh.

I can personally get into to the game and i was already linked through Facebook. My problem is the continued app shutdown when I press play to begin a match or event. Help

If you're suddenly missing NBA Cash please contact our Live-Support team via in-game immediately so they can pull up your account to add them back to the account.

What type of device are you using and what steps have you tried so far in attempt to fix it? Did you try reinstalling the app at all?

Is it still crashing on you? What type of device do you play on and have you tried anything specific from your end in hopes of fixing it? We've seen some posts in the forums of it crashing in Showdown, we'll make sure the team is aware of this but if you're able to give us some quick info that is always beneficial.

Pissed! Everytime I get close to completing a major player GAME GLITCH!. THE SCREEN JUST HANGS AFTER OPENING. I reinstalled, cleaned cache and data.

1. Trying to get support has no option to choose Android Platform or Mobile. Let your patrons know when maintenance is going to be in progress. SEND A EMAIL!!.

My game keeps crashing whenever I'm playing showdown,events and challenge. My phone is compatible with the app please help me I really love this game. I'm using Tecno pouvoir3 LC6 version 9.0
