Purchase has failed live pass, still charged my account
Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug I have paid $10.74 for the live pass on February 18. I have yet to have access to play the live pass. The app keeps on saying the purchase has failed even though I’ve been charged. I have tried to go to the purchase history and nothing changed. Can you help me fix this problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you buy something on nba mobile and you get charged even when you don’t receive the item
What happens when the bug occurs? It keeps on saying the purchase has failed.
What do you expect to see? That I’m able to see play the live pass
