Re: Ads button greyed out

Hey there!

Are you still experiencing this? If so, does re-installing the game fix it for you?

Im using andriod, i have no ads since the start of season 4, and then
I quit, untill now still no ads.

@Kennethf4 Are you playing on VPN? Ads are not guaranteed to show up for everyone at the same time because of promotional factors.

@EA_Blueberry Hi - I’m also experiencing this.

Have rebooted iPad and game
Have uninstalled and reinstalled game
Have updated iOS

But still not working.
Seems pretty inconsistent. Any other hacks/tips?

Try this:

For iOS:

1. Close your game

2. Go to your device settings

3. Go to Privacy

4. Scroll down to Advertising

5. Reset Advertising Identifier

6. Restart your device

7. Launch the game again

For Android:

1. Close your game

2. Go to settings

3. Go to Google: Services & preferences

4. Go to Ads

5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"

6. Click OK

7. Restart your device

8. Launch the game again

I have the same issue, but there is no such option as “resetting advertising id” on my iPhone. I’m on iOS 14.4. Please advise.
