Re: Network Required & Service Inaccessible error message

I haven’t been able to play nba live mobile for 4+ months because of this and it still doesn’t work with my WiFi Newwave, I’ve reinstalled atleast 50 times, restarted my phone reset my router everything update my phone everything, and it still says service innacessible

Does this happen on multiple devices under the same network and have you tried reaching out to our Support team so they can pull up your account to take a look at what could potentially be blocking you from getting in game?

No I have never used other devices for my account other than this iPhone 7

Ok, So I have played ea games for many years now, But only one have I played less than others, The Game I Haven’t Played as much is Nba Live Mobile, The Reason, I haven’t been able to play for 4 + months, I’m not trying to force you to fix the game but please listen, Yesterday I conversated with one of your Ea Tech Support people, and They Told me that the reason I can’t play is because my WiFi is too slow, which is I’m Sorry, But Absolutely Incorrect, If I Play games on my PS4 like madden or Nba I don’t lag, Apex Legends, Nope don’t lag, Nearly Perfect connection, So today, I went to school and connected to my schools public WiFi , now let’s clear something up, my school is very weak in the money category, they are you know, broke,(My WiFi Is way faster, they have cheap WiFi, and terrible connection) Anyway, I connected to the schools PUBLIC wifi, and what do you know, NBA Live Mobile Magically Works!...On My schools WiFi please help me

If you're able to connect on your school's WiFi it sounds like you might need to login to your router's admin panel at your home and check to see if there is a firmware update and/or make other back-end configurations on your router's settings. Do you have a gaming router?

No I do not and I have no idea how to do what you said to do with the router I just got off the phone with a very helpful person but when I did what he told me it powered off my phone so it hung up😭
