Rebirth Campaign will not read all my monthly masters

Hi again. This is getting so frustrating. It is like every second day I'm having issues. I spend a lot of money on this game. I cant go any farther on my rebirth Campaign it's saying I only have 3 MM but I Have 6. 

Also I have my Tracy Mcgrady but all of a sudden my Steph curry and Kevin Garnett are gone.  Please don't take a week to respond to me like you guys always do. It's getting really friggen hard to want to keep playing this game when you guys keep making me do this.

    Hey there, just got back today from being out 5 days.

    If you're missing some players make sure you check all your lineups and sets to see if they were accidentally put in one. If all else fails, contact our Support team via in-game under Settings>Help/Customer Service so they can look at your history to see where they went.

    Which Monthly Masters do you have?

    @EA_Blueberry Hey man. I've checked every one. I had to sell most of the ones I had, so I could just buy more in the store in order to do the campaign. As far as the guys that are missing, I checked everywhere and I can't see them at all.

    I've called ea support. They are saying that they don't see these guys anywhere in my game. But I have the screenshots here to prove I did have them, I would like them back as soon as possible please.. if I don't have them there is literally no reason to play season or showdown matches... Please get back to me or help me get them back.

    If our Support team was not able to verify they were on the account I'm afraid we're not going to be able to provide them. You are more than welcome to reach out to them again to have a second look, but restoration is never guaranteed. They cannot accept screenshots of this nature as proof as we have logs of all transactions. On a second note, those screenshots could be anyone's account since it doesn't have any way to identify that progress is tied to a specific account. :\

    @EA_Blueberry It works alright now. It was telling me I had no linked account for about an hour and then worked again fine. Thanks for the reply

    If you're on Apple, there was an outage for their services yesterday. Could have been related to that.

    @SteadySeven Do you have to have them in your collection of players? I know I’ve had more than four but it’s telling me that I haven’t. I may have sold some but I thought it would still recognize that I’ve gotten that many.
  • I have 6 monthly players and the rebirth campaign is stil locked since many weeks...!
