Unable to claim MVP Live Pass rewards

Same issue. Already completed the milestones but have yet to claim rewards from 2.6k milestone onwards including the MVP Pass GM. Please help. Attached is the completed milestones.

I’ve got the live pass premium and MVP. The Free and Premium have been completed and the items have been given to me. The MVP however won’t go past 2,600 points even though the tracker says I have the full 3,000. It’s only the third day of the month so maybe it doesn’t unlock for a bit???

I too have the same concern ! And to think we spend real cash to get them cards and for them to make things hard for us is totally unacceptable, from never ending hackers and cheaters in league matches down to simple purchase error they can't even reach out to their customers! Totally unfair! 

I've literally been emailing back and forth with EA Sports for 4 days straight and still nothing. I'm personally done with them. This is the 2nd time that my money was taken. Never again. And they actually told me to post on here to get help!!! Not them fixing it but come on a chat board. Makes no sense. Also, they actually said that the problem has been fixed and they couldn't do anything for me. Just got that email while I was typing this. (removed by CM - don't be rude)

I’m also having this issue. I bought the mvp and it’s not letting me past 2600.

I encountered this problem when my Life Pass already reached 3000, but my MVP Pass stays at 2500 and not moving. 

EA help desk says they can do nothing about it as it's on a development level! But I have paid for the MVP Pass....

Anyone know what's the problem?

I'm in the same boat... are they going to give us our money back.... this is too consistent with this game

Us EA going to give us what we paid for? My nba live mvp pass has maxed out at level 25.... the whole reason I spent the 20 dollars was to get the end reward....I saw a thread stating this problem had been resolved.... it has not been resolved.. what do I do?

I can't belive the poor customer service....I am trying to get mine fixed as well and get what I've paid for.... what a joke

My MVP LIVE PASS IS STILL MAXED OUT AT LVL25 this makes no sense. Can you fix this issue for my account.
