Hi @aboarbb
To confirm is the game fully installed? If so can we try the following if this keeps up?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
hi @EA_Illium.i repaired the game. the same issue is still there. i would like more assistance.
