DICE TeamYou are missing some VC++ files on your system. You can download the x86 and x64 versions from the Windows website:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
In your case, you would probably need:
- 2010, 2012, 2013
Make sure you reboot your system after these have been installed.
