2 questions i cant google the answer of

1 

Is it possible to upgrade ( via cards ) you first car to let say supercar lvl? ( above 300? )

Or are cars limited to a max upgrade lvl? ( with derelicts as the exception )

I want my Honda 2000 upgraded to supercar lvl but cant get the high cards for it.

2 If you replay races does the lvl of the race adjust itself to your car lvl? ( how does it work? )

    1.) You can see the max level of a car in e.g. the tuning shop, look at the bar below the car name. Also seen in the car dealer view for example, should also be visible in garage in tuning tab.

    2.) Yes and No, if you replay them again and again, the enemy will get a bit better every time. If you give it some time to reset, it will be back to "start level" of the event.
