There are no reported server issues, try reinstalling your game and check your internet connection stability.

Trav is right, "quick match" and "find session" have not been working on Xbox for almost two weeks now. Play the game on an Xbox and see for yourself.

It hasn't been able to "find players" for nearly 2 weeks. Normally if it can't find players it will put you in a lobby on your own instead of booting you back to the menu.

Has nothing to do with resetting the console or clearing the cache or resetting your internet/wi-fi. I have done all multiple times make sure NAT type is open all of it tried changing ports and using alternate MAC address. Still the same issue I have. I go to quick match it boots me out to the multiplayer. I try to find a session boots me out to multiplayer. If i create a game it works. PC hackers are the ones to blame because they most definitely have ruined any type of cross-play enjoyment. Someone I think at EA or a hacker most definitely has played with code or the server so it stopped for Xbox and PlayStation users. Cross-Play ruins most games anymore and PC’s run faster than consoles and they can download cheats and install to the game. Times online for Need For Speed Remastered are ridiculous with hackers.

No Bros right please fix the servers so Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered works properly on Xbox. We pay to much monthly in game pass for this to be an issue.

Multiple friends who play the game, regularly, on xb are having this problem. I’ve cleared my cache multiple times and have the game on a disc. My internet connection is solid. Please have a technical resource troubleshoot comparing stats prior to 10/20/25 vs after-there is a problem.
I will report the issue further on Dat_Dude_Trav.

Hot pursuit and beers are my go to on my days off work and few weeks now nothing it’s sad
