Well, even if I was wrong. In the previous chapters blueprints were rewarded at the end of each of them. 20 or 25 blueprints should have been awarded at the end of the final chapter.
@RacerTL As far as I know it has never been the case. You acquire blueprints during SE chapters, but after the final chapter, you get to OWN current car, no more blueprints.
Maybe the reason is cleaner transfer from loaned car to owned car, where sometimes even materials got removed (whenever you haven't completed a given parts requirements) and when receiving chapter bonus, you have no chance to interfere before the event is completely closed.
