400+ Cars
a place to post what cars you were able to get to 400+ or really close to it only using elite parts the Koenigsegg rega 16 goes with out saying since it starts at 400+. i haven't done all the exotic...

Lol this is virtually every car.
I have the 70s VW Beetle at 400+. All Ultra+ with highest engine swap. As well as the 70s Golf GTI, Nissan 180SX, etc.
You can get pretty much all cars to 400+.
PS. the Ford GT is by far the best in the game
- @ColAvalanche311 ahh i know with ultimate this is with out using any ultra+ parts only Elite+ for those who have not unlocked the ultra yet
