a place to post what cars you were able to get to 400+ or really close to it only using elite parts the Koenigsegg rega 16 goes with out saying since it starts at 400+. i haven't done all the exotic...

OK ran out of money but i upgraded every car over 180k other then the ones i listed they all suck with out the Ultra+ parts enjoy
Rep level doesn't necessarily dictate car performance. It comes down to car weight vs its torque, bhp and acceleration.
