Account data has been erased!Urgent!

Hi,

I have paid over 500 dollars within No Limits version, however, after 2 years, all the cars / golds are lost and the game treat me like a new user.

I didn't change the login id(apple account id/game center id)

Anyone who met this? Is this due to nfs nl version has retired from China appStore?

    i've check the account and i only got one account for this game. I check the account shown on purchase history as well.

    It may cause by EA removed NFS from China appStore and leave no data
