I am having the same issue. My main Xbox Live account can play it, but my other screen names get the error code 00000002. The other screen names are not child accounts. This is BS.

  • Yes the same happens with me and very disappointing.  anyone know how to fix pls?

I'm having the same issue. Wish EA would respond.

So far I've found that its due to the age on the sub accounts. I created a fake sub account with the age of 14, and it did allow the game to play.. However m not happy with having to do this, I would need to create 2 fake profiles ( age 14) in order for both of them to be able to play multiplayer.

We should not be having to jump through hoops in order to a play a game. The vast majority of parents aren't technology savy or in my case do not have the time to deal with this issue. There is already a sub account created and now an EA account? The process to link them is tedious and in my case keeps telling me "We are having trouble with our system please try later". I have been trying to get this done since yesterday. I have lost to much time on these issue and my son cannot play the game I bought for him. These have left a bitter taste on my mouth and will definitely affect future purchase of your products. Customer experience has been really poor do to non existence customer service.
