Hello danisoff​  I am using the same account but this creates a new account and pushes me to tutorial whenever I try to login. Could you please help with the support ticket creation or someway to contact the technical team because when I click on support/ contact us it navigates me to this forum page

There should be an option to talk to live chat support inside the game. Try searching for the option.

I have tried to contact them but still no answer from the live chat, I've also emailed them.  Do you know how to fix this?
