For some reason it doesn't let me have an origin account because my psn age is 11. FIFA is pegi 3 so I don't understand why it doesn't let me.

Try to change your age (Birthday) in origin settings.
1) Go to Origin www.origin.com and login.
2) Go to My Account>> About Me>>Basic Information and edit.
3) Enter your security answer if you have it. (Don't forget Save your changes)
hmm, As far as I know to play in EA games you need to have EA Account. Do you have EA Account? and game asks to enter your login and password EA Account?
