You should try talking with them directly on the EA app via chat. Most players don't follow forum posts here.

Already left several messages in the in-game chat.  No reply. They are also not on NFS No Limits subreddit. Running out of ideas where else to look for them. In the end they will have to be replaced with crew mates we can communicate with. Thank you for your reply.

Is there a possibility that the listed players unfortunately no longer play the game?

These guys are active and complete most of the crew missions. I would like to find them and bring them to our crew's Discord server. If they were not active, we would feel no regret kicking them immediately.
