AI AND PLAYER ARE TELEPORTING ALL OVER IN RACES N FREE ROAMING(NFS16 PC VERSION

Hi EA. Recently i brought the pc Verson of Need For Speed 2016/15 . I Was plying with some of my friend , The first few hour of GamePlay(solo driving etc no lag etc) was ok but When in races bots Racer and player are kind of teleporting all over the road, They are teleporting ,blinking from point to point. From my point of view, I see that My friend are blinking n teleproting as we move, the Bots racer are also teleporting n blinking too . Example im drifting and i didnt hit anything or crashed but on my friend screen He saw me Crash to the wall n stop there then few mini second later my car wil teleport or suddenly apper in front of him causing him to bumb into a Ghost of me and he crash because of high speed collusion . Same as the Ai too tell will be teleporting or crashed in a turn but suddenly reappear at another location. This is a big problem, It very hard to race with player with bots. The teleporting doesnt happen when u solo race AI. it only happen in Player vs player vs AI and also in free roam.   I m very sure that  me n my friend are using a very Powerful internet connection as we live in a morden country using optical fiber speed up to 50mb to 1 GB .

I assume that it something to do with NSF server.I did try to change session and also make my own session but same problem still resurface after a few min of gameplay. It is very hard to enjoy the game when such stuff is happening. Kindly enlighten me. Apologise in advance if i assumed wrongly And also help me out.
