All cars lost

I logged one day on my xbox oneand all cars where lost I still have all my levels and speed points the 2 last cars I unlocked where some kind of Lamborghini and a lexus Gamertag:ChaoticGamer881 Cas...

    1) IMO, now everything is OK. The EA Agent from your conversation escalated your case to the Game studio & you only need to wait. You will get an email confirmation when your Case's status will change.

    2) He only gave You a link to here, because he meant: "If you have some additional minor questions - we "the friendly guys"  🙂  🙂  on Answer HQ will explain it to you..."

    p.s.: But of course, if you are not sure if your case is escalated to game studio, then you can revive the case & ask additional questions... or even open new case and this time "clearly/more strictly ASK" for STUDIO ESCALATION!

I see that this question is actually about Need for Speed Rivals. I will move your post to the appropriate board after I've answered it.

As for the missing content; I'm afraid that there has been a misunderstanding there--the studio will not be able to restore any missing content or levels. The reason our Advisors asked you to post here is because we collect and monitor bugs on this forum so we will be able to fix them in the future.
