Need for speed no limits progress lost

Please help me, I reinstalled the game and signed in using my old account, but I lost my progress, I reinstalled it before and restored progress normally, but this time I could not, I remember My email and I guess my name in the game too, if anyone can help me please

    Make sure you are using the same account. EA support does not have the ability to return your progress unfortunately.
