Hi I have lost all my game data for nfs heat, i have over 100 hours of play time but today i logged in to the game and all data was lost and i had to restart, EA says they dont have any data on saved games can anyone please help me restore my data? im on pc windows 10

@EA_Solaire That's a lie. Even if it is technically true, some synchronization process ends up erasing your money/progress and EA support keep pushing this back for years as it seems.I hope all affected people will stop supporting EA and boycott the next games.

@EruS1 Me too i lose my progress and they make me angry, i don’t no the reason to give us a new begin. my achievement 81% my lvl 50 . pls fix it this your problem!

@zexhal34500 What did you mean with that? I remember the game saved while quitting all the time and now I got a new laptop and reinstalled the damn game and all is reset to 0 even multiplayer is a lack of * now. Do they even care about this issue over whole years? No.

@EA_Solaire That is interesting, considering the only reason it resets our data is due to the Origin Cloud saying the save is invalid and then it overwrites our local save game data. So it seems like a EA / Origin issue, not an US issue.

@EA_Solaire I lost my all progress too. I have been playing like 4-5 days and i was enjoying it very much. But when i opened the game yesterday all progress was gone. Is there really no solution?

I've moved your post over to the NFS Heat boards.

The save data for NFS Heat is stored locally to your PC, unfortunately if the progress has been reset or lost, we'd have no way of restoring this progress or save data on our side for you.

Hi, there a bug when you reinstall the game, it's a bug with cloud save sync. Open the game without your saves and when you at start menu quits the game, sync your save then restart it. I had this problem and was resolved like that, and even worst the cloud saves sync can block your game and it's more complicated to fix...

So that's a big terrible bug, how you pretend that we play this game with those bugs? In my case I can't get out of the game because lost my progress and start again in the beginning, very bad work from EA, very bad for your answer to this issue. That work from QA team, ufff was very very bad.

I created ticket in support, but I think they don't care about it
