Unable to Create Crew in Need for Speed Heat (PC)

Good day.

I am experiencing an issue while playing Need for Speed Heat on PC. When I try to create a crew, I cannot proceed after entering the crew name.

I have already checked the crew name I entered, and it does not contain any profanity or inappropriate words. I also made sure that the name is not already used by an existing crew. However, the game still does not allow me to continue or create the crew.

My platform is PC, and the issue happens during the crew creation screen after typing the crew name. There is no error message, but I am unable to proceed with the creation.

I would appreciate any assistance or troubleshooting steps you can provide to resolve this issue.
