I think disk 2 is also the "play" disk (copy protection). Do you still have any of the old computers that you could copy the files from? You could probably copy the entire game directory from one of your old computers.

@EA_Barry - Normally NFSU2 refers to NFS Underground 2, as opposed to Shift 2 Unleashed. Since Underground 2 is a two cd game, with disk 2 as the play disk (copy protection), I don't know if Origin converted it into a downloadable game.
