Cannot Download NFS Hot Pursuit (2010) from EA app

Other games are downloading normally like Apex, Medal of Honor etc. But NFS HP 2010 cant even begin to download, it gets stuck on "Preparing for download" and then it gives "You dont have access". 
I'm in my account, game is not shared.

I have tried everything starting from app repair, cache cleaning, reinstalling app, cleared my DNS cache.
Downloaded another game and cancelled mid-download and still nothing.
So... what do I do?
