Are we gonna have Tier's and Classes for each car type?

ok lets be fair,we all know the best way to win,get a fastest car,because only if the leader is *,a slower car is gonna win,so i think i have to ask,will there be(Especially in Multiplayer) a Tier/Class Based events coming up in the Payback,because i feel that would make the competition somewhat fair,because lemme take an example:you are new to the Speed playlist eg:40 where the only car you maxed out is the BMW M5,but at the same level with the same progression in Multiplayer,other players are either driving the Koeingsegg Regera or a car close to it,now obviously its a fact that those fast cars are gonna dominate the race,even though at same level,this factor makes a huge difference when it comes about Racing,Especially in Multiplayer,another example of that was in the Video made by Blackpanthaa :https://youtu.be/FGkjQ9gFBpM

Although i can say that all driving skills was somewhere quiet *,but to be honest,this might have happened with everyone in such cases,i am one of those(except i am not part of Payback Yet),watch the whole Video and you will see what i mean.


Please add on to it if i missed something,but if we really wanna make a good multiplayer Session i guess it would be fine if we have a Class/Tier Race mode,if not in carrier/Single Player then at-least in Multiplayer/Speed list based Format of Payback
