ask

I've been trying to play NFS Heat on my laptop for the past 3 days, but the same popup comes up saying that my computer is currently offline and to be able to play I need to be online. My laptop IS connected to the internet and I don't know what to do anymore, I just want to play my game. Is this a problem on my side that I can fix? Or is this a EA server problem?

  • I bought the game off of Steam and am playing it off of Steam. However I still need the EA app to launch the game.

  • Hey @EA_Illium, thanks for the suggestion! I have tried to see if any of those fixes worked and none of them did. I have even deleted Steam, NFS Heat, and the EA launcher to see if that helped, but it didn't. I checked my firewall to see if that is blocking the game from launching, and everything seems normal. Is there anything else? perhaps I can call someone?
