asking to reset password but have done it multiple times

it’s telling me to reset my password, and i have done that a few times and won’t let me into online, can u please help asap?

the same thing has been happening to me. i have my password written down on paper even, and after typing it in, its telling me that it had expired when i had just made the password. just incase i am being delusional, i will go and try again and come back to you.
