Attempt to save customization failed

I cannot upgrade my cars... Up untill today I had no problems with upgrading and so on but now I can t do anything to my cars bcs of this

same problem. cant save performance upgrades and appearance as well. but its only happening on one of my cars. others can save performance/appearance upgrades without any problems. Thank you.

Me and my friend have been grinding for money for a few hours and when we try customizing our cars we get this notification saying (Attempt to save customizing changes failed) and I dont even get my money back and i would like for this to be fixed, I would post a picture but it keeps saying it's too big.

I got the message “ATTEMPT TO SAVE CUSTOMIZATION CHANGES FAILED” every time I try to equip a new part.  Or every time I try to change out to a different part I have in stock.  I go to free roam and I try to live tune my vehicle and as soon as I exit live tuning I get the same message again.  It will save my rep gains but nothing else.  This is on PS4 by they way. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Restoring my licenses.  Still having the same issue.  Anyone having this issue??  EA!  Please fix.  I can’t play my game!!

YES!!!!!!  I too have been having this problem.  I posted about it as well.  It sucks.  It saves my Rep progress but will not let me change any parts to any of my cars.  I can’t even live tune.  What’s the point of pleating???  And I took a pic of the screen. I’ll attach it.  Hopefully EA will get on top of this issue like right now!!  This is ridiculous. 

Ps4.  It won’t let me change anything.  Not even live tuning. So keep getting the same message!  I attatched a screen shot.  

Had same problem with only one car. did you use a paintjob from other user?

i managed to solve it by resetting the paintjob and reapplaying it!

looks like it had some problem during the download of the paint and only way to customize the car was to reset it.

I am getting the same issue.. Even just changing exhaust. 

On Xbox One. 

Have also competed Racers and my money has not gone up at all. 

Just spent 2hrs building money and went to upgrade my car but it’s taken the money but hasn’t saved the parts and won’t let me access them, bit disappointed hope this gets sorted ☹️
