If not, then please make sure the speaker settings are not set to a surround-sound configuration.
Yes i have. And allready tried that. Headphones, Stereo, 5.1, 7.1. Nothing... Really dont know what happen. There is any audio file of the game that i can open to try to change some configurations???
Alright, @Pred999 - I suggest repairing your game client then. In Origin, right-click on your Game and select Repair.
Also, can you plug the headphones directly into the sound card ports on the back of the machine.

i have tried all what you say, and also changed some numbers in the audio file, but nothing works.... really sad, i would lile the play the game with full audio. like this i will just throw the game away. its stupid to play with audio bugged.
I would like to help you out with this issue but so far it's difficult to identify the root cause especially knowing that you can hear other sounds in game.
I never heart about a similar issue before for this title but what is the manufacturer for your Headphones?
Also, if the community members cannot assist you with this maybe you can contact a game advisor.
This said, the game itself does not seem to be cause.
