NFS Payback : Purchase failed in dealership

Make sure you have enough balance. Additionally, you could try reinstalling your game.

Same.  I am having similar issue.  Has yours been rectified?  I tried chatting with the EA Support but they are not replying.  It's really annoying as I need to purchase some items for my races and it's time sensitive.

have you encountered this problem before?  I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and even restarted my ipad but to no avail.

Tried, but it's showing same. Purchase failed for all the dealership 

You could try talking with EA support, they should be able to provide you with more detailed support.

No, I played NFS Payback in 2018/2019 and never had any issues with the game.
