I have purchased 17 k boost points then that error started to show up all day long, i can log in the game after 1h or so but it wont let me more than 2 minutes to play. Disconects me and when i try to log back in, that error keeps showing off ! I cant even spend my boost points ! At least tell us what to do please. I had all day long patience but please... do something !

I just tryed to logg in my game account and its banned, i was inactive 3 days, whats goin on ?

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”. Answers HQ cannot do anything about bans because we are a public forum and can’t do anything account management related, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban.
To move forward on this, contact the nice folks over at accountdisputes, they can investigate.
1) If you believe your EA account and/or persona has been incorrectly suspended/banned and you would like to dispute this action, please contact support at accountdisputes@ea.com from your registered email address.
