What do we have to do to get a reply from you?, because it seems that there's nothing we can do that we'll change your attitude, right? (you being EA in general, since I'm fully aware that the people that are admins in the forum don't have the power to make a decision regarding this problem)
This is the most despicable behavior and total disrespect for the customers that I've seen from a company, it's really a shame that we can't sue you for false advertising and NO customer support, not to mention the constant attempt to minimize and make "go away" problems like this. I mean, why is the topic's subject marked as SOLVED?

Gain some decency and fix the AUTOLOG for The Run, it's more than enough what you've been doing.
I already decided not to buy anything from you until this is fixed, even if that means that I'll never buy anything from you ever again.
It's really unfortunate that all of us that want this fixed (and have the right to do so, since you still advertise the game with the AUTOLOG feature as working, which is a total LIE) don't have the means to get together and hire a team of layers to sue you like you should be sued.
The little respect I had for you is totally gone, shame on you EA.
