A rather quick question, but when playing is there any overheating or any hardware maxing out?

@EA_Atic In terms of overheating, none. Just performance and graphical issues:
Bad draw distance, texture popping & frame rate loss are main problems.
Most of fps loss happens during night races, at the start up line, in the city or when there are too many npc or cars around and effects.

Issues with textures loading poorly are still a problem, happen predominantly during day time but also at night: (even on a SSD)
