Bad glitch happened to me yesterday and I loss all my progress

Hi guys   I hope  you are doing well, Yesterday, I played a lot  NFS heat and reached level 50, collected 1,227.000 money, and bought a new car. I played a lot, modified it, and enjoyed it very muc...

Try deleting the personal saved data for NFS Heat. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NFS Heat and delete the saved data.

When I delete the saved data, will I lose all the data and start over or what

    That's possible, but as I said, it should download from the cloud.

      @EA_Aljo And you are sure that it should download from the cloud right ? , because it's hard for me to loss all my progress that I've played 95 hours in less then month to get all of my progress that I have it now

        Again, I can't guarantee that you won't lose any data. In most cases it does, but I'm not going to say with 100% certainty it will. You're welcome to contact Sony support for more details on how this works.
