Banned for no reason??

Ok i havent played any EA games in over 6 months, in fact the only EA game I have on my Steam account is Need for Speed. So how the hell am I banned from EA and cant play the ONE EA game I have. The Ban history shows I was banned on May 16th...but it gives no reason. I literally havent played since November or December. Literally had EA Play during the Steam Summer Sale last year cause it was like a dollar for the first month and cancelled it when I realized all the games were just sports games and Sims. I never got any email from EA and Im having a hard time getting a response from the "Ban Appeal" form. WTH??

  • Hey there @wmtocci,

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

If you've already sent an appeal in to the team on this, Terms of Service will get this reviewed and get back to you with those results as quickly as possible. They'll be reaching out to you through email once they've finished with your appeal.
