I can't seem to find the very last billboard. Before someone suggests looking at a map - I have done (I found a couple of other ones I was missing using it). Unfortunately, my map shows I have all 15...

Thanks. It totally killed my will to play it any more unfortunately (I'm sure many people would say just play the game and have fun, but I play to complete and find everything 🙂). I have no desire to use a map to visit every single location to check just in case.
I can assure you that getting 100% is possible (those **bleep** fences were hard to find). Too bad you only get 39750 SP total for all this trouble.
