I have been Scamed by PlayStation store i think

I bought nfs payback deluxe edition 2 months ago and I realized that I didn't have any of the bonuses from the deluxe edition, not the deluxe cars and the tire smoke colors, not the XP boost and money boost, not the speedcross dlc that is supposed to be included in it, so I got scammed by the PlayStation store. 

 I hope someone from EA can help me because in EA's help platforms there isn't even NFS PAYBACK 😔
