Black Market ch. - DB11 Contract 3 - "Record Breaker" bugged & can't continue

Summarize your bug For the Black Market Challenges Contract 3 for the DB11 (titles of each challenge are "Record Breaker", "Smash n Brag", and "Fierce Competition") the challenge "Record Breaker" requires me to 2 star the 3 selected activities in the "West Side" area at night. I've completed all the challenges (2 were drifting challenges and 1 jump challenge) however when I check it says I've only completed 2/3. The "Black Market" badge that shows up on the minimap still shows for the jump challenge (which I've completed with 3 stars), however it's gone for the 2 drifting challenges (both of which I completed with 2 stars). The drifting challenges still appear on the minimap, however they appear without the "Black Market" badge. I can't continue with the rest of the contracts because I'm stuck here because there's only 1 Black Market challenge on the map in West Side and I've already completed it with 3 stars.

Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Community Build
What was the last event you played? I had finished both & switched to day time to do other things, then returned to night time to find the Black Market badges gone and the challenge still uncompleted. The challenge had never updated to say I'd completed it, despite me finishing all 3 events with 2+ stars.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, maybe complete of the 2 challenges (which require night), switch to day time, then switch back to night? I'm not sure how I caused this bug to begin with.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Black Market" badge that shows up on the minimap still shows for the jump challenge (which I've completed with 3 stars), however it's gone for the 2 drifting challenges (both of which I completed with 2 stars). The drifting challenges still appear on the minimap, however they appear without the "Black Market" badge.
What do you expect to see? The "Record Breaker" challenge completed with 3/3 challenges completed.
The first attachment shows what the "Black Market Challenges" screen looks like showing it stuck on the 2/3 challenges completed.
The second attachment shows what my minimap displays, showing only the 1 BM challenge in West Side that I've already completed, and no other ones.
