A death freeze appeared from<NFS:hot pursuit remastered>

EA made a minor version update to the STEAM version of the game "NEED FOR SPEED: HOT PURSUIT REMASTERED" (although I have no idea what was actually updated)last week. As a result, in the video file I uploaded, the problem is obvious: not only have you not made any positive changes to the game, but I also experience the same extreme lag when playing this game on different computers. From my own home laptop with a 3050 GPU,I mean from 3050 to 5060 at internet cafe, it's exactly the same! May I ask if this is how you treat long-time NFS customers? Just because someone plays an older game, does that mean they are not a gamer? Right now, I only care about receiving a satisfactory reply and hope that you will quickly address the issues to varying degrees and restore the smooth performance from before last week. I hereby thank EA for handling my complaint, and as a long-time NFS user, I would be very grateful if the issues were sincerely resolved.
