Black Screen Only Shows HUD!!!

First off i posted what my issue is at approximately 7 am on release morning. Not only have i been ignored but staff but my issue was grouped with people Whom are not even experiencing the same problem as I am(by EA_TOM). True after uninstalling and re-installing 5 times i did experience the loading screen hanging, but my consistent issue is staring at a blank screen! I get past the loading screen most of the time. after which i see the first cut scene in which your introduced to spike. he tells me to meet him but one i gain control of the vehicle i am unable to see anything besides the HUD (Rep, Speedometer, and mini map). I can hear the vehicle but i cant see the road or anything that isn't the HUD. I searched all through these forums, I've searched google and i appear to be the only one experiencing this issue(thus far at least) Please help me and don't sweep this under the rug like my last post. As far as i know i am the only one experiencing this issue. here is another image of what i see one i get past the initial cut scene

    Hi @therealkiddfoxx,

    I am sorry that your post got merged incorrectly.

    In this case, make sure you have tried all the steps in the Basic Troubleshooting guide --specifically, clear your persistent storage and clear your MAC address, make sure you try all steps though. Like you said, I haven't seen any other reports about this yet so I am thinking this might be something local on your console but I will definitely be looking out for other reports.

    As for some additional information, are you playing a digital or physical copy of the game?

    @Straatford87 i appreciate the acknowledgement. i have tried all of the basic troubleshooting to no avail(and literally every Solution on these forums) and Ive been watching like a hawk looking to see if anyone else was having this issue. I've tried switching televisions, HDMI cables, I even went ahead and restored my console to factory settings and nothing seems to be working. At this point I've reinstalled at least 7 times( at least 2 times since the reset). I don't know what else to do..

    Hi @therealkiddfoxx,

    I am sorry that your issue is still not resolved after trying all those steps.

    In my previous reply I asked if you were playing from a disc, if you are, it could be an issue with the disc. If you have any friends that also play the game, please try reproducing the issue: your disc in their console, or their disc in your console etc. If it is your disc, you can get a new one through customer support.

    I'm sorry, I don't know how i missed that crucial bit of information in my last post. I bought the Deluxe version of the game digitally from the Microsoft store.

    Hi @therealkiddfoxx,

    Thank you for the info.

    Are you able to reproduce the issue on a friends console? You could log in there with your account and try it yourself to see if it is maybe console related.

    I will pass this issue on for you so we can look into it further.

    @Straatford87

    Unfortunately I have no way of testing this, being as though I literally don't know any fellow Xbox One gamers only PS4. If I drive blind i can almost make out that the images on screen are being generated but for some reason they all appear to be shaded black. 

    (EDIT) If i go to reset your journey, there is like a 50/50 chance my game will crash, not sure if its related but just thought I'd point that out

    I can go through the cut scenes no issue but once a race starts the screen goes black and all I can see is the speedometer and the blue checkpoints

    Hi @therealkiddfoxx,

    I have raised up this issue for you as we did all the troubleshooting that we could together. You have been the only report so far to my knowledge, while we are looking into it, it might be worth it for you to call Microsoft and contact a Game Advisor as well to see if they have any extra steps or help that they could offer.

    I do hope the issue will be fixed. If I get any updates, I will be sure to let you know.

    I am experiencing the same exact thing as this post explains. If i move the camera around with the right toggle i can see quick instances of the game but it goes away a second later
