Blueprints- Black Market NFS No Limits

Hello there,

I am fairly new to the game and very much a free to play player. I recently completed the special event, obtaining the 918 Spyder and 1 Million in cash. Unable to purchase blueprints with real money, I began to buy every blueprint in the black market. Within a few days, I have maxed both my Ford Fiesta and Toyota '86. It has now been several days since, and no new blueprints have appeared in the Black Market. The only blueprints there are the Dodge Viper for 375(?) gold and the Toyota/Fiesta with a "Maxed Out" sign across it. Is there any way to unlock more blueprints to purchase? Thanks for the help
