Blurry and Grainy screen in Need For Speed 2016

Running on: MSI GTX 970 Tiger OC i7 4790 16GB RAM Windows 7 SP1 DX11 1080p 60hz The game does not  look as sharp as the shown images of the game. It is too grainy and blurry. Turning off the AA...

The same crash problem happend to me too i fixed it when i close my osd programs like fraps precision x .......

yeah i relized after a while that fraps crashing my game
