Boost Gauge and Mustang GT

Will there be a boost gauge for the Turbo or Supercharger once you install them? Also, whats with the Mustang GT in the game play trailer? It had 4 gears with a top speed of 120 MPH

    I would also like to know, will there be actual performance parts options and not just car type packs?
