Bug: Rolling starts with cars facing the wall.

Is anyone else having issues to where your vehicles begins a rolling start facing the wall, and would sometimes not begin the race at all or accessing the menu?
I've been having this issue, one where I finally cannot do any other race without facing a highway barrier, iron bars, or a background store that is considered a wall. And my only option is to completely start over my progress, and I really do not want to do that. I'd rather get a refund.

    I've been trying to get a refund on this game hours after it's midnight release. This game just doesn't really appeal to me as I thought it would, disregarding the intense amount of bugs, freezes, and rolling start stalls. Could this please be arranged possibly?

    Hi @gentlegiantvexx,

    I am not sure where you purchased the game. As the game is not out yet on PC, we are unable to give you a refund ourselves. For this you will have to either contact your retailer, Microsoft or Sony. I do not know their exact refund policies. If you are unhappy with the game, it might be worth a shot.

    Sorry to hear about your issues though--I understand that your experience has not been what you expected from it on launch night.
