Camera angle bug

Just bought NFS heat on PS4. but the camera is always directed to the front of the car to tha back.... like the photo index... terrible. how to fix it? Or refund me.

Try removing any other input controllers such as a joystick or guitar hero controller etc. and power cycle your console before retrying.
